Purpose of personal data management
The purpose of this personal data register is to function as a register of Luovi Productions’ customers, visitors and partners. The register includes personal data of the customers, visitors and event organizers.
Information included in the register
For the customers, visitors and event organizers, we may collect the following information:

Name
Title
Address
Email address
Telephone number
Industry
Regular sources of data
The register is created based on the data given by the users through various online forms.
Data retention period
The registrar will retain personal data only for the duration of the VALO/ON 2023 event, after which Luovi Productions destroys all the personal data received. Personal data will be removed from the register by the end of February 2023.
Regular data submissions and transfers outside the EU or European Economic Area
No data is submitted to a third party. The servers holding the data are located inside the EU.
Principles of register (data file) protection
The register is maintained as a technical record. Its data system is secured, and the register is only used by persons whose function in the organization requires the use of the register.
Right of access and the right to demand correction of information
Each registered person has the right to review the personal information submitted and the right to demand that incorrect information is to be corrected. Requests to do so must be addresses to the registrar. If necessary, the registrar may ask the requestor to prove their identity. The registrar will respond to the customer within the time stated by the EU data protection regulation.
Other rights related to personal data management
The registered person has the right to request that their personal data is removed from the register. Likewise the registered persons have other rights stated by the EU data protection regulation, such as limiting the management of their personal data in certain situations. The requests must be sent in writing to the registrar. If necessary, the registrar may ask the requestor to prove their identity. The registrar will respond to the customer within the time stated by the EU data protection regulation.
